Cape Town winter-days

Cape Town in winter: The average high temperature during winter is 17 ºC with a minimum temperature of 8 ºC in June, July and August.
We have some of the most wonderful sunny winter days with no wind and just beautiful sunshine, often warmer than a beautiful summer day in Europe with ~25 ºC😊

Rainfall in Cape Town has been better this year, thankfully! Hopefully our dams fill up completely again! Cape Town loves the rain 💦! Even better by our cosy fire 🔥 if we get a stormy winter-day.

RIP – Stephen Hawking – what an inspiration to us all!

“It would not be much of a universe if it wasn’t home to the people you love.”
“Look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the universe exist. Be curious, and however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do, and succeed at. It matters that you don’t just give up.” - Professor Stephen Hawking
